How far in advance do I need to order?

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak times like school holidays and Christmas. For custom designs, 3–4 weeks gives us the best chance to bring your vision to life. That said, if you’re in a pinch, reach out and we’ll do our best!

Are all your cakes vegan and dairy-free?

Yes! Every single cake we make is 100% vegan and dairy-free. We believe everyone deserves a slice of celebration, so there’s no compromise on flavour — our cakes are rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious.

Do you deliver?

We offer delivery within Melbourne for a small fee depending on your suburb. Collection from our home kitchen in Melbourne is also available and free of charge. Delivery details and pricing will be confirmed when you place your order.

Can I request a custom design or flavour?

Absolutely — custom orders are our favourite! You can choose your flavours, colours, decorations, and theme. Just fill out our contact form with your ideas and we’ll get back to you to talk through the details.

How should I store my cake?

Our ice cream cakes must be kept in the freezer until about 10–15 minutes before serving. This lets them soften to the perfect scoopable, sliceable consistency. Don’t leave them out for too long — they’re best enjoyed fresh from the freezer!
